CARRIS has a new Lost & Found Service

Lost something in one of our buses?

Whether on a vehicle, in a CARRIS store or at our museum, we've got you covered. The BUSCarris is here to help you track down and recover your lost belongings across our network.

To report a lost item, please get in touch through one of the following:

  • Online forum
  • In person at a CARRIS store or kiosk

Let us know what you lost, when and where and we'll do our best to find it.


How and where can I collect my item?

All found items are kept at the BUSCarris warehouse, at the Santo Amaro station, in Lisbon, and can be collected by the owner within 30 working days.

Location: Rua 1º de Maio, 101-103, 1300-472, Lisboa;

Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, monday through fridays


Note: After the 30 days
, all uncclaimed items will be forwarded to the Lost and Found centre at P.S.P Olivais.

 

Attention: Items containing personal information
All items containing personal information, (example: ID Card, Passport, Bank Card, Mobile Phone, Laptop, Cameras, among others), because they are subject to GDPR, will be handed over to the P.S.P Olivais Lost Property Centre, on the next business day after they're found.
